I left my corporate role twice before setting up The Change Corporation. The first time was when I left to join a friend of mine in her NLP company. I thought it would short circuit my journey to success. I learnt that it wasn't possible for me to achieve my vision through her dream. I needed to take 100% responsibility for my own success and take some risks because then it was likely that I wouldn't have to. What a great learning!
